Data we route
RoutLLM proxies chat completions and embeddings between your application and upstream model providers. Request and response bodies are transmitted in-memory and are not stored by default.
Metadata retained
We retain request metadata — timestamps, model id, token counts, latency and HTTP status — for 90 days to power your dashboard, billing and abuse prevention.
Training
We never use your prompts, completions or embeddings to train models. Upstream providers may apply their own policies; enable zero-retention routing to force providers that support it.
Subprocessors
We rely on Cloudflare for edge compute, Neon for our metadata database and Stripe for billing. A full subprocessor list is available on request.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data at any time from the dashboard. Data deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
